Dock Party Anchor Out for Kemah Fireworks

This could either be called a dock party or a short cruise, depending on how you want to do it.  On June 6th there will be a fireworks display at the Kemah Boardwalk at 0930 PM.  If you wish to watch it from your boat, then anchor out an appropriate distance from the boardwalk and the fireworks barge.  If you would like to join a Dock Party, then bring your food and drinks to Blue Dolphin Marina and join me in front of the bath house opposite Pier 5.  There are four picnic tables with benches there, but you should bring a chair if you want to be comfy.  The usual time for a dock party is 6-9 PM, but you should be aware that the fireworks do not start until 0930 PM.  This could be called an early celebration of independence.  Charles Scott
