October TMCA Monthly Meeting

Our October Monthly Meeting will be at the Clear Lake Elks Lodge, 623 Hanson Road, Kemah, Texas.

Socializing and dinner orders will begin at 6:00 pm and the business meeting begins at 7:00 pm, with the presentation to follow. 

The Speaker for October will be our own Phil Geren and he will be presenting his Anchoring Extravaganza Phase 1, the lecture component. It will include knowledge gained in a lifetime of anchoring in pretty much all conditions and a whole lot of locations. He is a wealth of knowledge on this topic and even seasoned pros can and will learn something so don't miss this one. The lecture will be followed on Saturday by phase 2, the clinic and phase 3 the practical each of which are separate events on the Calendar. It's one thing to hear about anchoring but another to work through a complicated evolving scenario and yet another to apply the knowledge and skills gained. Hence the 3 phase approach. Please register for those events so we have an idea of how many will come and we can take a shot at arranging more and/or bigger boats for phase 3 if necessary.
