Update, For those driving to Shell Beach at HYC to be picked up by dinghy and taken out to a boat, the northbound 146 exit to Shore Acres is closed. Go up one more exit and do a U turn and take the south bound 146 Exit to Shore Acres and proceed as normal. There is a new parking lot at Shell Beach.

For Phase 3, we will sail or motor to either Wussy Bay just north of HYC or to Redfish Island (depending on wind direction) for actual practice in applying the knowledge obtained in phases 1 and 2. At your choice you can join Phil on his boat or bring your own boat and Phil will examine and critique your ground tackle and offer advise on how to best employ it in the current conditions.

We will arrange boats and rides immediately after the Phase 2 clinic concludes and reconvene a few hours later at the appropriate location.

If it's Wussy Bay you'll be able to dinghy out to Phil's boat for a demo. If it's Redfish Island make sure of whether or not your ride is returning or staying the night before you leave the dock.
