TMCA 2026 Planning Meeting

The Planning Meeting is a general meeting for all members. Bring your personal calendars to help fill in the blanks.
Want to meet more members and get more involved but don't know how? Want to volunteer but need some help? Have a great idea and want to make it happen? Then this event is for you!
We will walk through each month of the calendar while the Rear Commodore, and Cruise Captain will inspire members to volunteer to be Cruise Leaders, Dock Party hosts, and Special Event hosts.
We are always looking for new and returning members to volunteer for leading a cruise or hosting a social event. Getting involved is a great way to meet fellow members and share boating experiences. Note: It is not necessary to have a themed event, although, events always seem more fun when there is a theme.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the TMCA club calendar is generally set for the coming year. It is possible to add events through the year, you just may not have your preferred date.
Please come volunteer and help plan 2026's parties, events, cruises, etc. A great time to get excited and get involved in TMCA!
Coffee, donuts and Kolaches will be served.
