For those driving to Shell Beach at HYC to be picked up by dinghy and taken out to a boat, the northbound 146 exit to Shore Acres is closed. Go up one more exit and do a U turn and take the south bound 146 Exit to Shore Acres and proceed as normal. There is a new parking lot at Shell Beach.
